THE WORD OF THE WEEK
JIGGLE 

1. noun ; a slight irregular shaking motion
2. verb ; move to and fro

Examples:

  • Don’t jiggle your finger while the nurse is putting on the bandage.(verb)

  • If the radio doesn’t work, just give it a jiggle.(noun)



Synonyms: shake, agitate, fidget, shimmer , twitch


* A word of the day will be introduced during the educational meeting and everyone is encouraged to use the word in speeches. The grammarian will take note who and how many times he/she has used the word throughout the meeting.
